STLapartments is proud to be working with several social agencies to bring affordable housing to our communities. We believe offering affordable housing within healthy communities makes good neighbors. STLapartments has pledged up to $60,000 in discounts and free housing for 2010. We envision great success with the program, and its future endeavors.
Additionally, STLapartments offers a Public Safety Program, which includes reduced rental rates for Armed Forces, Police, Fire, & Emergency personnel. This is just one way we say thank you and give back to those who give to us.
Good faith statement:
This program is administered in good faith that each participant has reported all sources of income is paying as close to market rate as possible. This effort allows the program to serve more, and the greater good humanity efforts of the program. Each participant has an invested interest in the continuation and growth of the program.
This program will not compromise our standards of excellence in any manner. All participants will be interviewed, and subject to a criminal and credit check. We stand behind our pledge to set the rental market’s criteria and make this program a model for other property owners to emulate.
